 Mr. Viggiano has been with the Firm since its founding. His practice is focused primarily on both Constitutional and Civil Litigation. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous widely-cited and reported cases that have litigated questions of public importance; cases that have earned comment in professional and scholarly journals and have garnered front page coverage in major newspapers such as the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Viggiano received his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Touro College- Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1997 and his Baccalaureate Degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 1991. He is licensed to practice in both the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey. |
